Knowing What’s Achievable

It’s ironic how modern and technologically advanced society is becoming and with all the means to connect more but we are becoming more primitive minded in judging people even more so on how they look, and over stimulating the reward system in the brain. I have seen People given up on themselves because of the lies that have been told on what is achievable naturally, sometimes it’s misinformation or straight up lies or most people just believe in the lies they say or are told. My life goal at a very young age was to help people become healthy, reduce suffering and see people live long and happy lives. The older I got the more I realized that the cure and the potential to change is all within us, we have all the tools we need within our bodies to achieve greatness and all we have to do is to learn how to activate that by pushing our mind to believe that it is possible, and the body will follow through.

From Obesity to Body Dysmorphia, Society at its Extremities.

The obesity rate in America in 2021 is over 42.4% according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. This epidemic is cause by the abundance of unhealthy food and food choices, over eating and moving a lot less. Also on the other side, the fitness industry is overrun with people pushing the limits of what is achievable and something as virtuous as working on yourself and body overtime, people resort to quick fixes and searching for the quickest results no matter the health cost. This form of Body Dysmorphia, Muscle Dysmorphia has been growing in the fitness industry fueled by the need for perfection that is being displayed on social media, further indicating that being fit is not necessarily being healthy; mentally, physically and socially.

I venture to support the natural way, always and forever. Striving to be the best and healthiest you can be, physically, mentally and emotionally, is the driving force and pride behind my training philosophy, a philosophy I would like to share with the world. Everywhere I look in today’s society, on social media, YouTube, television, and even in social circles and the dating market, people are pressured to be at a certain physique level and appearance and in this modern age, it is not just women but men as well.

Kryptonian Fitness Camp is all about seeing yourself as apart of a special group of people Training with all your might to ascend to a level that you may think is impossible naturally but through share willpower, determination and discipline, results will not only be an extra perk in the background, the journey to achieve perfection in the mind, body and spirit through positivity and extreme intensity.

Managing obesity would save the countries of the world billions of dollars in healthcare cost, improving the general public’s quality of life, productivity, immunity, by reducing the health risk that is associated with obesity, health risk such as heart disease all the way to cancer back to basic survivability from any general sickness. Being healthy doesn’t mean being Fit, and being fit does doesn’t mean healthy when fitness is taken too far. As long as the journey is an inspirational and virtuous one, that is all what truly matters. Getting the body you want should be realistic, healthy and within the realm of achievability there’s a thin line between Body/Muscle Dysmorphia and striving for greatness, a line I travel by day by day, but each day we should always love ourselves and our body no matter what we look like.
